Cue girly screams...the Limecrime Velvetine lipstick in Red Velvet arrived today! A great challenger to the all time favourite- Mac's Ruby Woo so let the battle of the matte red lipstick commence!
The velvetine is liquid on application which dries to this lovely matte, velvety texture and it's really easy to apply (alot like a lip gloss) unlike the Ruby Woo which is very much like drawing on your face with a crayon! Despite this, it has serious staying power and it is definately one of my make-up staple products, that is until something knocks it off the top spot, could it be the Limecrime Velvetine in Red Velvet?? I'm taking it out for a spin tonight to see how it fares...watch this space!
